He's an engineer and therefore understands the issues well, i had plumbing done at my place and the team sent by him, although charged more, did good job.

We moved into a furnished apartment where the previous tenants had not maintained the place well. The carpets and sofas were extremely dirty and had strong smells. We hired this company for on site sofa and carpet cleaning. The team arrived on time and handled the job professionally. They cleaned deeply and removed the bad odors completely. The furniture now smells fresh and looks much better. The price was the lowest compared to other companies we checked. The service quality fully justified the cost. The owner personally followed up to ensure we were satisfied. I highly recommend them for deep cleaning in furnished homes.
